ULTRAILERS are built by Lyncorp Manufacturing Ltd. which is a privately owned company with a focus on structural, platework and piping fabrication and machined components.

We are located in Aldersyde, Alberta CANADA, just south of Okotoks, on 5 acres of land with a 52,000 sqft shop and 18,000 sqft of offices / warehousing. Our facility is well set up to cater for stick built steel, truckable skids / spools, platework, including atmospheric tanks, and we can even handle full size Alberta modules if needed.

Our owner has invested in a large number of CNC machines to enable us to deal with a range of material sizes, thicknesses up to 6” and most importantly to help improve our production efficiencies. We have also invested in CWB certification (CSA W47.1 & CSA W47.2) for Carbon, Stainless and Aluminum and ABSA certification (ASME section IX, B31.1 & 31.3) for Carbon and Stainless process & power piping. We are able to run up to 50 wire-feed welding stations concurrently in the facility.

Our team has a Proven Quality Management System and have a current Certificate Of Recognition (C.O.R) for our HSE management system.
